I am pleased and honored to have availability to assist more clients during these challenging times. I don't know if I am the right therapist for you, but we can find out together. I am compassionate and warm. I see the humanity, vulnerability and courage in all of us. Shame often prevents us from taking the steps that we need to take to be more aligned with our life paths. Together we can break down the obstacles that are preventing you from your full potential. Our work together will be about integration of self not the avoidance of our unwanted or wounded parts.
I am an existential and experiential therapist who believes that all living things are connected and that one's natural search for belonging and connection is of paramount importance. I am comfortable sitting with others' in their darkest moments.
I enjoy helping others' build resilience while developing a deep sense of self. I am a trained energy healer and clairvoyant who's able to see beyond the surface in order to bring others peace to mind, body and spirit - and to live authentically. If you choose I will integrate these skills, which allows us to go deeper than traditional psychotherapy alone.
